Welcome to the Best Place To Live In Summerville

The Newington Plantation Estates Association Homeowners Association has two general meetings a year.  One in Spring around the first of April, on a Monday and a fall meeting in October on a Monday, both starting at 7:00 p.m., and normally held at the Newington Elementary cafeteria. One Homeowner, from each home, who are in good standing vote on matters that come up in the general meeting. The newsletter is published twice a year and will appear in your mailbox at least 2 weeks before each general meeting. Signs and postings on social media will help remind our Neighbors of the meeting.  IF you wish to have a voice, come to the meeting.  If you have anything you want the board to consider in advance of the meeting, or to be added to the agenda, please contact any Board member listed on the following pages.
